Gordana Pješčić, an employee from the Bureau of Metrology attended a workshop on how to write project proposals for the exchange of employees in the field of research and innovations – Proposal Writing for Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE).

The RISE workshop was organized on 6 March 2019 by the Center for International Cooperation and Career Development of the University of Montenegro in cooperation with the Ministry of Science.

During the seminar, important factors for the creation of project proposals were presented, with an overview of the excellence, impact and implementation, which are evaluated separately.

RISE projects imply the exchange of scientific-research staff from at least three institutions from Member States or associated countries in the period from 1 to 12 months. The duration of the whole project is up to 48 months and the exchange of staff can be carried out in several cycles.

RISE program was funded under the auspices of the largest fund of the European Commission for Science and Innovation – Horizon 2020, as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA) initiative.

The trainers at the workshop were MSCA national contact points: Nora Jenej from Hungary, Tugba Arslan from Turkey and Sandra Vidović from Croatia.
